By adding XHub to your Discord server or using our web dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please remove XHub from your server immediately.
2. Description of Service
XHub is a Discord bot providing music playback, moderation tools, security protections, ticket management, and server analytics. The service is provided "as is" and subject to change without notice.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for how XHub is used in your Discord server. You agree not to use XHub to:
- Harass, threaten, or harm any individual
- Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
- Engage in illegal activities of any kind
- Spam, raid, or attack other Discord servers
- Distribute malware or malicious content
4. Data Collection
XHub collects and stores certain data necessary to provide the service, including server IDs, channel IDs, role IDs, user IDs (for moderation cases), and music history. This data is stored securely and is not sold to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
5. Intellectual Property
XHub, its name, logo, dashboard, and associated code are protected by copyright. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or resell any part of XHub without explicit written permission.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to block or ban any server from using XHub at any time, without notice, if we determine that the service is being misused or that these terms are being violated.
7. Limitation of Liability
XHub is provided without warranties of any kind. In no event shall the creators of XHub be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of XHub following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify server administrators of significant changes.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.
