PRIVACY POLICY

1. Information We Collect
XHub collects the minimum data necessary to function. This includes:
- Discord Server (Guild) IDs — to store your server's configuration
- Channel and Role IDs — for setup configuration (log channels, ticket channels, quarantine roles)
- User IDs — stored in moderation cases, ticket records, and music history
- Command usage data — anonymized, used for analytics only
- OAuth tokens — when you sign into the dashboard with Discord (used only for authentication)
We do not collect message content, voice data, email addresses (unless provided voluntarily), or any personally identifiable information beyond Discord IDs.
2. How We Use Your Data
Collected data is used exclusively to:
- Provide and maintain XHub services
- Store server configuration settings
- Generate moderation case logs for server administrators
- Display analytics on the web dashboard
- Authenticate users on the web dashboard
3. Data Storage
All data is stored in a secure Supabase database. Access is restricted to XHub's server processes via a service-role API key. The dashboard uses separate, scoped authentication. All data is stored in encrypted storage at rest.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your data to third parties. Data may be shared with infrastructure providers (Supabase, Vercel) solely to operate the service. These providers have their own privacy policies and security practices.
5. Data Retention
Server configuration data is retained as long as XHub is in your server. Moderation cases and music history are retained for 12 months by default. When you remove XHub from your server, you may request deletion of all associated data by contacting us.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete data we hold about your server. To exercise these rights, contact us through our Discord support server. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Cookies
The XHub dashboard uses session cookies solely for authentication purposes. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. See our Cookie Policy for more details.
8. Children's Privacy
XHub is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Discord's own Terms of Service require users to be at least 13 years of age.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated through our Discord support server. Continued use of XHub after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
